Jocelyn Love Wallace, a resident of Las Vegas for more than 20 years is often referred to as the “social butterfly.” She is an intelligent, resilient, compassionate and success-driven individual who has always been focused on excellence, academics and having a balance in her personal, social and spiritual life.
Her interest began in high school where she achieved an advanced diploma with a concentration in accounting and office technology from Southern Nevada Vocational Technical Center. She continued her education at the College of Southern Nevada and received her Associates Degree in Secondary Education. She then graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at the University of Las Vegas. It is without a doubt that Jocelyn values her education and the opportunity to learn. She always wants to capitalize on all educational opportunities afforded to her.
Jocelyn’s career started at the age of 14 when her interest was peeked by shadowing her father who was heavily in the radio broadcasting field. After spending time with her father, she then took an internship at Power 88 where she learned more about the media and marketing industry. Jocelyn’s passion was sparked even more at the idea of reaching people in the most unique ways. She started in the radio industry at two of the top local radio stations in Las Vegas; Power 88 and Hot 97.5. Then later transitioned into TV broadcasting where she worked at CBS and the CW Network.
After 10 years of working in the broadcasting industry, Jocelyn then redirected her career to becoming a Media Buyer at some of the top billing agencies in Las Vegas, VIRGEN Advertising and BRAINtrust Marketing. She has consulted, managed and provided media buying services within the travel and tourism vertical, lifestyle and entertainment vertical and community and government affairs. Some of these great brands include XYIENCE, Pahrump Tourism, Cowabunga Bay, Nevada Home Again, Trump Real Estate, Tivoli Village, Market LV, Southwest Medical Associates, Alverson Taylor, Mortensen and Sanders Law Firm, Las Ventanas, and the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC).
Jocelyn is an individual who has faced many challenges and overcame them with a positive and optimistic attitude. She has the tenacity to handle any task, she is self-motivated and has the personality that can and will adapt to all.
When she is not out socializing or doing “marketing things,” she enjoys serving the community and providing marketing services for non-profit organizations such as Broadway in The Hood. She is also a member of Ad2; a division of Advertising American Federation, Women’s Money and proud supporter of Power 88. She is also an insurance agent who helps individuals build legacies for his or her family. She enjoys singing, dancing and laughing hysterically!

Ashley Q. Tillman, a Las Vegas Native, brings over 10 years of Accounting and Customer Service experience to the AWF Organization. She graduated with an Advanced Diploma from Southern Nevada Vocational Technical center where she completed a triple major in Accounting, Office Technology and Drafting. From there she went on to attend University of Nevada Las Vegas to gain her BA in Communications. She is currently enrolled at Nevada State College to complete her BS in Business Administration, as she believes learning is a life long commitment.
Ashley’s interest in business and accounting peaked during her high school career where she took on her first position as a cashier to gain work study credits toward her diploma. From there she was accepted into the Summer Business Institute Program provided by Clark County Nevada as an intern working with Assemblyman Morse Arberry as a Loan Processor at Canyon Lake Mortgage. After completing two successful internships with the program she was hired on as a part-time Loan officer and continued to pursue her passion for accounting through the Paris Hotel as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Since then she has held numerous Accounting and Business Positions such as Night Audit Lead, Senior Revenue Auditor and Assistant Hotel Manager. Ashley is now settled within the Public sector with the State of Nevada at the Desert Regional Center where she handles the day to day payroll operations for the agency’s five locations.
“Growing up I was surrounded by goal oriented women such as my mother, grandmother and my God Mother who were all about business. I was always shown different and unique ways to better myself by way of women's organizations, scholastic clubs and community programs which all had a positive influence on my early adult life. It shaped me into the woman I am today. I just want to provide those same positive opportunities to the young girls and women of my community, “states Ashley. “We need more Queens! More women in the workforce and more women supporting other women.”
Through her work life and social involvement in the community Ashley has gained a "can do" spirit and is always up for new challenges and new ways to better herself and those around her. That is why she is taken on such an integral role within AWF.
When Ashley is not working she is serving her community. She recently accepted an offer to be a mentor for “Women’s Money”, a non-profit organization that aids in empowering women by offering money management skills. She completed the mentor program herself. She organized the race team “Tough Stride” to race for the cure in the annual American Cancer Society breast cancer walk and plans to race each year. She also gives her time to local organizations such as Helping Hands, Three Squares Food Bank, United Way of Southern Nevada, American Cancer Society and donates annually to Habitat for Humanity and March of Dimes. Ashley is also a licensed Nevada Realtor who advocates for homeownership through buyer representation. It his her goal to put as many deserving women, men and families into a home as she can. She also enjoys reading, writing, shopping and traveling in her free time.
The AWF organization is ran by a team of professional women who devote their time to ensure the mission and vision of A Woman's Foundation is carried out daily.
